We process your data on the following legal bases: Contract performance — to deliver services you have purchased (e.g. online gait analysis, rehabilitation programmes). Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. Service records (gait analysis reports, treatment plans) are retained for 6 years as part of our professional obligations. Payment records are retained for 6 years as required by UK tax law (HMRC). You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations.
